Every On Pointe journey begins with a conversation and ends with a story worth telling. Here is how we get you there — from first idea to final departure.
Onboarding
We sit down together — virtually or over the phone — to talk through your destination, travel style, and budget. I'll share insider knowledge, ask the right questions, and build a foundation that your dream trip can be designed on.
A planning fee is required before research begins.
Itinerary Proposal
Within 5 business days of our call, I'll send you a tailored itinerary outline — accommodations, logistics, pacing, and key recommendations — for your review and approval.
Final Draft
Once the proposal is approved, I build the full trip with every personal touch that makes it uniquely yours. This phase typically takes one to three weeks depending on the complexity of your journey.
Booking
Dreams become reservations. I secure your transfers, flights, hotels, guides, and experiences — leveraging supplier relationships and insider access that simply aren't available through a search engine.
Pre-Departure
Two to three weeks before you travel, we reconnect to review every detail of your itinerary, answer any outstanding questions, and make sure you depart with complete confidence.
Departure
Your On Pointe journey begins. While you explore, I'm behind the scenes ensuring every detail unfolds perfectly — available for real-time support throughout your trip.
Planning Fees
Your time is a luxury — your travel should be, too. A professional planning fee allows me to work exclusively in your best interest, dedicating the research, expertise, and care that an On Pointe experience demands.

The Fine Print
All professional fees are non-refundable and due via direct invoice prior to the commencement of research and itinerary design.
Your planning fee covers two rounds of refinements to your initial proposal. Major changes to the core destination or significant shifts in travel dates after the research phase has commenced are considered a new project scope and may require an additional fee.
Once your arrangements are confirmed, On Pointe Travel provides continuous support — from pre-departure logistics to real-time assistance while you are in-destination.
