Your time is a luxury; your travel should be, too. To provide the bespoke research, vetted recommendations, and personalized support that define an On Pointe experience, I charge a professional design fee. This allows me to work exclusively in your best interest—unlocking hidden gems and VIP amenities that you won't find on a search engine.

Curated Itinerary Design

Comprehensive planning including accommodations, logistics, excursions, and personalized daily pacing.

  • Short Escape (1–7 Days): $350

  • Extended Journey (8–14 Days): $500

  • Immersive Voyage (15+ Days): Starting at $700

  • Group Travel (9+ Guests): Base fee + $50 per additional guest

Individual & A La Carte Bookings

Streamlined booking services for single-component travel.

  • Single Hotel, Cruise, or Tour: $75 (Complimentary if booked through On Pointe Travel)

  • Group Cruise Management: $50 Per Guest

  • Domestic Airfare: $75 Per Guest

  • International Airfare: $100 Per Guest

  • Insurance & Financing: Complimentary quotes and payment plan administration

The Fine Print

  • Non-Refundable: All professional fees are non-refundable and due via direct invoice prior to the commencement of research and itinerary design.

  • Scope & Revisions: I am committed to getting every detail right. Your planning fee covers two rounds of refinements to your initial proposal. Major changes to the core destination or significant shifts in travel dates after the research phase has commenced are considered a new project scope and may require an additional planning fee.

  • End-to-End Advocacy: Once your arrangements are confirmed, On Pointe Travel provides continuous support—from pre-departure logistics to real-time assistance while you are in-destination.
