I understand that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure my spot on this trip. The amount due at the time of reservation is listed on each individual itinerary.

I understand that the trip cost does not include airfare, and that I am responsible for booking my own flights unless otherwise stated in writing.

I understand that I am responsible for ensuring my passport is valid for at least six months beyond my travel dates, and that I meet all entry requirements for my destination, including any visas or required documentation.

I understand that On Pointe Travel / Nadege Normil is acting as a travel advisor, coordinating services through third-party suppliers such as hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators, and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by those providers.

I understand that the itinerary and activities are subject to change due to weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond On Pointe Travel's control.

I understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended, and I accept full responsibility for any financial loss if I choose not to purchase adequate coverage.

I understand that participation in this trip involves international travel, and I accept full responsibility for my personal health, travel readiness, and decisions made during the trip.

I understand that any additional payments beyond the deposit will be subject to supplier terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and potential penalties, and that by submitting my deposit I am agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
